Summary: Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. They had one glitch, the AC in their room suddenly went out (which is unfortunate but it happens). With no stress, they were moved to a cottage which was a substantial upgrade. Management is all about customer service. Highly recommend a stay.

Summary: Very expensive for what was offered. Free breakfast never opened which caused us to have to go and buy breakfast and rush to catch our boat home. Room was loud and although clean reeked of cleaning chemicals. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Summary: The stay was really good accept the room we thought we booked with you was not what we got. The king room was very small. The hotel said you booked us on that room but when i originally booked it said I was getting a bigger room. Not sure where the mix up was, but the room was claustrophobic & really o my fit a bed with no side tables & no closet

Summary: Loved the location of my stay. Had a couple of hiccups with tv and toilet but it was addressed right away and hey , this was their opening weekend so no worries. I was moved to another room and all good. Staff was amazing, felt more like friends . I would definitely come back and I would refer them to friends. The ease of getting to and from the ferry was awesome! Check in/ out was great! Very accommodating and genuine.
